Process Cooling

Industrial Heat Exchanger Restoration

High-efficiency descaling and corrosion protection for industrial tube, shell and plate exchangers.

Materials compatibility

MS, SS, brass, copper alloys, EPDM, PVC, Nitrile and Viton

The operating challenge

Restore heat transfer. Renew process performance.

High thermal flux and variable process fluids build carbonate, silica, oxide silt and organic films that raise backpressure and risk stress-corrosion damage.

Coordinated chemistry

The two-stage restoration system

Stage I · Product DI

Descale & inhibit

PRODUCT DI uses bio-based chelators, botanical wetting agents and organic corrosion inhibitors to dissolve mineral scale, iron deposits and hardness residues without aggressive metal erosion.

Stage II · Product DF

Flush & neutralize

PRODUCT DF is a clarifying neutral flush that removes suspended residue, returns the circuit to a neutral pH and conditions metallic and polymer surfaces for restart.

Clean-in-place protocol

A measured path to restart

  1. 01Close process inlet and outlet valves.
  2. 02Circulate DI at 1:10–1:20 for 3–6 hours below 45°C.
  3. 03Drain and complete a brief water rinse.
  4. 04Circulate DF for 30–60 minutes, rinse and inspect discharge clarity.
