Flush & neutralize
PRODUCT DF is a clarifying neutral flush that removes suspended residue, returns the circuit to a neutral pH and conditions metallic and polymer surfaces for restart.

Do not mix concentrated treatment products with chlorine, hypochlorites, oxidizers, bleach or harsh caustics. Standard PPE is required.
Clean-in-place protocol
A measured path to restart
- 01Isolate the die cooling circuit and connect a portable pump.
- 02Circulate DI at 1:10–1:20 for 3–6 hours below 45°C.
- 03Drain and flush until discharge is clear of scale sludge.
- 04Circulate DF at 1:20 for 30–60 minutes, rinse and reconnect.
